Before Your Visit

To provide every client with our full attention and personalized care, VivaWell Massage Therapy operates by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. 

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to discuss your goals for the session. We strive to provide you with the full length of your scheduled massage whenever possible.   

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that we can remain on schedule for other clients. You will be charged for the full appointment time originally reserved. 

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge of the massage amount. A debit/credit card is required to book an appointment. The card on file will NOT be charged unless you fail to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours prior or no-call/no-show your appointment.

Clients under the age of 17 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the required consent forms. A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises for the duration of the appointment. 

Please let your massage therapist know about any injuries, medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or changes in your health so your session can be safely customized to your needs. 

Gift certificates make the perfect gift and may be purchased online or in the studio. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
